PE Saddle Type Stopple Fitting |

Plugging Head: (Patent No.: ZL 2005 2 0018309.X) Strength of 100bar and safety factor of 6 times are designed in the plugging head, making it resilient and eliminating fatigue damage after long-time usage for high-pressure plugging. A scrap sweeping device and automatic pressure compensation device on the plugging head ensure a complete plugging seal, meeting the standard of zero-leakage plugging on spiral weld pipes, straight seam pipes, and seamless pipes.
Air pressure sealing tests are performed at 0.5bar, 1bar, 2bar, 4bar,8bar, 10bar and 12bar – test results must be successful at zero-leakage. Water pressure sealing tests are then performed at 16bar, 25bar, 64bar, 100bar and 125bar – test results must be successful at zero-leakage.
Sealing Element: Size: 4”-48”
Designed for use specifically with FD type suspended plugging machines and plugging heads of the same size. Features include high-pressure resistance, oil proof, and acid and alkaline resistance.
Expanding Sleeve: Size 3”-48”
Designed for use specifically with EFD type cylinder plugging machine of the same size. It features a large expansive force, a zero-leakage seal, and is especially effective on deformed pipe walls.

Pressures up to 4bar/58psi. Our folded plugging head technology translated for specific use with our PE plugging machines, applicable for all PE pipeline line stopping operations.
